We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a leading developer-builder that predominantly delivers mixed use commercial projects in the broader Adelaide area. About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the site operations run smoothly, from managing subcontractors to ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ability to lead and motivate a team will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors,



ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects $20m+ in value.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Positive pre-existing subcontractor relationships vital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work.
