IAG is seeking a Fleet Team Leader for VIC/TAS & SA/NT based in Naarm (Melbourne). You will lead a group of underwriters, coach for capability, and drive performance with a solid focus on culture and stakeholder engagement. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract with interstate travel.
You will work with brokers and internal partners to support proactive planning, pipeline management and development while delivering high standards of service.
