GPRWA Unit Trust is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for The Rowing Pavilion in Perth. You'll work closely with the Venue Manager to run daily operations and elevate guest experiences along the riverfront.
Lead floor and bar teams during service, drive staff training, onboarding, and development, and help with rostering, stock control, compliance, and venue presentation. You'll also own events and activations, from intimate tastings to large functions.
