The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Grade 3 for a temporary full time role located within the Network. The pharmacist will oversee medication safety and clinical quality, monitor incidents, and report trends to support patient safety improvements.
The role requires collaboration with senior staff, department heads and pharmacy leads to maintain high standards of care and data-driven decision making. NSW Health vaccination and WWCC are part of requirements.
