Serco is seeking a Civilian Psychologist to join Tindal Health Centre at RAAF Base Tindal, near Katherine, NT. You will provide high-quality mental healthcare to Defence personnel, supporting wellbeing within a dynamic, remote setting and contributing to a dedicated medical team.

This permanent full time role offers structured hours (Mon–Fri) with an early Friday finish, CPD leave, and on-site parking. You will conduct fitness-for-duty assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual
