We are currently looking to hire an Associate level solicitor to join a market leading health litigation team in Sydney.

n

About the role

n

You will be acting in the defence of large, complex health claims across a range of medical specialties and jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, District Court and Coroners Court of both Recent South Wales and Queensland.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accountable for drafting pleadings and preparing evidentiary materials
n
- Formulating litigation and regulatory strategies
n




- Collaborating closely with clients.
n

n

About you

n

You will have 2+ years PAE in health litigation matters.

n

Additionally, you will have:

n

n
- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
n
- highly motivated individual with exceptional academic achievements
n
