Product Manager, AI Products (Enterprise AI Assistant)

Talent Insights are engaged with a large enterprise whose AI platform is live and already used by 5,000+ monthly active users across head office, frontline and business teams. The product is well established and now moving into its next phase of growth.

n

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the development of high value use cases with business units across the organisation. You'll go end to end: find the real problem, shape the prospect, build the thing hands on with the platform, get it live, measure if it actually worked, and feed that back into the roadmap.

What you'll be doing:

- Working directly with business units to find genuine product opportunities
n
- Building and prioritising roadmaps that connect local needs to the wider product strategy
n
- Prototyping skills, agents and experiences hands on with the platform
n
- Running practical discovery sessions using real work
n




- Defining success metrics and using evidence to decide what scales
n
- Leaving behind playbooks and patterns that make the next use case faster to ship
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Solid product management experience, from discovery through build, launch and iteration
n
- Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and success metrics
n
- Hands-on curiosity with AI products, workflow automation or low-code/no-code tools
n
- Understanding of how AI works in practice: retrieval, prompts, skills, agents, workflow logic, human oversight
n
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills, with the ability to explain AI opportunities and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences
n
- Grounding in responsible AI, privacy, data access and risk
n

Background that helps (not required):

n

AI, data, analytics or digital product management. Enterprise SaaS or internal productivity products. Product-led consulting with clear ownership of outcomes.
