Myndshift Group has partnered with a leading mining asset owner that is firmly in growth mode, and we are seeking an experienced Mine Surveyor to join their team at a well-established coal operation in Central Queensland.

About the Role:

n

Working on an 8/6 roster, you will play an integral role in supporting safe and efficient mining operations through the delivery of accurate surveying services across the operation.

n

You will work closely with the technical services and mining teams, providing high-quality survey data and technical support to ensure mine plans and operational activities are delivered safely, accurately and efficiently.

n

About You:

n





We are seeking an experienced Surveyor with a strong background in the mining industry, ideally with exposure to open-cut coal mining.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience as a Mine Surveyor within an operating mine environment
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Surveying or a related discipline
n
- Strong understanding of open-cut coal mining survey practices
n
- Experience with mining survey software and technology
n
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A robust commitment to safety and operational excellence
n
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative technical services team
n
