Looking for a contract role that offers real exposure to busy SME and Mid-Market portfolios? This is your chance to work closely with a senior broker during a hectic period, handling a diverse book that includes liability, PI, motor, and business packs.

What's on Offer:

- Work directly alongside an experienced broker supporting a high-volume renewal pipeline - around 30 renewals per month with engineers and architects
n
- Gain hands-on experience with general insurance, liability, PI, and motor classes in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Flexible start: 3-month contract, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and full-time in Sydney office
n
- Be integral to a high-functioning team of 10 professionals supporting core business operations and client servicing
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Support senior broker with renewal preparation and policy documentation for SME and Mid-Market clients
n
- Assist in processing business packs, liaising with clients and insurers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
n




- Manage a diverse range of insurance classes, prioritising high-volume renewal and compliance tasks
n
- Use SCTP, Winbeat, and office tech platforms to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity
n
- Contribute to team efforts to meet deadlines and enhance client satisfaction in a busy environment
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential
n
- Experience with SCTP, Winbeat, and Microsoft Office suite
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple renewal projects smoothly
n
- Confident communication skills and proactive approach
n
- Experience supporting brokers in SME or Mid-Market segments highly valued
n
- Available for immediate start; able to work from Sydney office and remotely on Mondays and Fridays
