We're seeking a highly organised Logistics Administrator to join our Night Shift team at Ormeau.

n

Working closely with our transport, warehouse and distribution teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring freight movements, dispatch documentation, reporting and operational coordination run smoothly throughout the night.

n

Shift Pattern

n

This permanent full-time Night Shift role operates on the following roster:

n

Sunday: 11:30pm - 7:36am and Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:06am

n

Enjoy a consistent roster, long weekends every week, and the opportunity to work with a high-performing operations team.

n

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

n
- Coordinate nightly transport and dispatch activities
n
- Prepare truck manifests, freight documentation and dispatch paperwork
n
- Provide administrative support for warehouse and transport operation
n
- Respond to operational enquiries and communicate updates across departments
n
- Prepare operational reports and performance data
n
- Support safety, compliance and quality processes
n
- Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up required actions
n
- Assist with driver onboarding, inductions and training records
n
- Maintain accurate records across transport and operational systems
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Contribute to a safe, organised and efficient workplace
n

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who thrives in a busy operational environment,



enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things moving and takes pride in getting the details right.

n

To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, dispatch, warehouse, manufacturing or operational administration
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
- Solid communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
n
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving
n
- A commitment to safety and compliance
n
- Experience in transport, freight, warehouse management or ERP systems
n
- Exposure to manufacturing or distribution environments
n
- Previous night shift experience
n
