Wellways is recruiting a full time Support Coordinator for Mackay, Queensland, to work in the Aftercare program helping individuals after a suicide attempt. This role focuses on intake, assessment, and delivering practical non-clinical support to consumers and families for the first three months following a suicide attempt.
You will assist in creating safety and support plans and ensure continued connection to crucial services while engaging with vulnerable groups in the community.
