This role is particularly well suited to an experienced professional with a background in professional services, audit, fund administration, registry or related financial services, who is looking to transition into a corporate trustee environment and broaden their exposure across fund governance and operations.

What We Do:

We provide fiduciary services to a diverse client base, including:

- Fund and asset managersboth locally and internationally.
- Registered schemeswith large numbers of individual unitholders.
- Wholesale schemes, including private equity, traded investments, and property trusts.
- International investorsin significant Australian property transactions.
- Smallerbespoke mattersrequiring tailored solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will support the delivery of trustee and Responsible Entity services across a diverse portfolio of managed investment schemes and wholesale structures. Working closely with senior team members, clients and external service providers, you will assist with fund establishment,



ongoing administration and regulatory obligations.

This role offers valuable exposure to fund structures and client engagement within a growing corporate trustee setting, with the opportunity to develop your career in a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of trustee and Responsible Entity services across managed investment schemes and wholesale structures
- Assist with the establishment and ongoing administration of schemes, including reviewing key fund and offer documentation
- Review fund-related reporting, including financial statements, tax statements and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with fund managers, administrators, auditors, legal and tax advisers to coordinate and review deliverables.
- Monitor compliance and governance obligations, ensuring reporting and system tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify operational issues and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including participation in client meetings.
- Assist with business development activities, including proposal preparation and broader firm initiatives.
- 4–6 years’ experience in audit, business services, fund services or registry
- Strong technical foundation in financial reporting, controls and compliance




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships and work effectively across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
- CA/CPA qualification preferred but not essential. Candidates currently working towards qualification, or with equivalent practical experience, are encouraged to apply.
