Fulcrum, a privately owned Australian property group, seeks an experienced property manager to own a two-asset portfolio in Sydney. You will manage budgeting, leasing, and daily performance across a retail centre and an industrial estate, reporting straight to the Head of Asset Management.
You will help build and implement recent processes as live systems migrate, working closely with agents, tenants and senior leaders to shape how the portfolio runs as it grows.
