About the role

What we’re looking for

You’resomeone who:

- Demonstrates robust business and commercial acumen, making informed financial, procurement and risk-based decisions to maximise value and outcomes.
- Uses critical thinking and sound judgement to analyse complex issues, identify solutions and make informed decisions in the absence of clear guidelines.
- Successfully delivers projects by planning and coordinating work, monitoring progress and taking corrective action to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Builds and maintains effective stakeholder relationships, proactively addressing issues and ensuring positive client and stakeholder experiences.
- Develops team capability through coaching, constructive feedback and knowledge sharing, while supporting knowledge management and business continuity practices.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline,



supported by extensive experience in project development.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in delivering complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
- A current Driver’s Licence
