The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a Workforce Planning Lead. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will lead the enterprise-wide planning framework and partner with People & Culture, Finance and Business Intelligence to turn data into actionable insights for capability, capacity and resource decisions.

This fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027 and offers hybrid work arrangements, dashboards design, and workshops to mature workforce
