THE ROLE

As Project Manager,you'lllead our Melbourne fit-out projects frominceptionto completion.You'lllead a team of Contract Administrators and Site Supervisors.You'llown the outcome, not just the process.

You'llmanage each project's financial performance - GP, cash flow, WIP and debtors - and be accountable for hitting margin.You'llkeep every project moving, from startup through handover, with real rigour.You'llbe the client's key point of contact, building the kind of relationship that brings them back for the next project. Andyou'lllead your Contract Administrators' development, mentoring them and stepping in to resolve disputes when they arise.

It'sa role built for someone ready to run projects end-to-end and lead the people delivering them, with real accountability, real financial ownership, and a team who look to you.

YOU WILL

- Lead, plan and schedule projects frominceptionto completion, ensuring safe, on-budget delivery
- Provide innovative, design-led solutions to cost management and delivery challenges
- Manage subcontractor claims, costreportingand end-to-end financial administration
- Manage,trainand develop your Contract Administrators, and lead dispute resolution across your project teams
- Champion safety on site, applying comprehensive NCC and statutory consent knowledge

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

- Degree in Construction Management or similar, with 3-5 yearsD&Cexperience; in commercial fit-out and refurbishment.
- Experience as a Contract Administrator or similar, withdemonstratedskills in contract analysis and negotiation, budgetpreparationand accounts management.Experience with Procore or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial discipline, witha track recordof delivering projects at or above target margin.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills,



with a demonstrated ability tomaintainstrong client relationships and consistently meet client expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of safety,qualityand environmental legislative requirements.
- Agenuineteam playerthat can contribute to a high-performing team culture.
