As an Associate Digital Specialist of our Clinical Application Services team, you will be responsible for deliver Electronic Medication Management (eMM) support services for Oracle Health eMR. Reporting into the Digital Specialist and Electronic Medical Record (eMR) manager, the Associate Specialist is a clinical application service role in the medication management team. It will play an integral part in shaping and contributing to the team culture and achievements, through delivering quality and timely support.

Bringing your application specific technical experience, and relevant clinical knowledge, you will deliver to business outcomes through configuration and practice improvements.

In this role, you will:





- Provide Oracle Health medication management application technical expertise and relevant clinical knowledge to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Design, lead, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify business issues and work on developing clinical application solutions.
- Build, develop, test and maintain complex large-scale application configuration.
- Resolve incidents in a timely manner within service level agreements.
- Perform critical incident management collaboratively with support team staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and communications and ensure quality of all services.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- An AHPRA registration in either a clinical, nursing or pharmacy capacity.
- Demonstrated experience and a record of achievement in clinical information systems and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into ICT solutions within a large and complex service environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle Health Medication Management solutions.
- Demonstrated competence in analytical critical thinking and problem solving, including the capability to scrutinize and understand complex information, create and deliver analyses and reports, address challenges resourcefully, and accomplish business-focused solutions.




- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Proven interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills including a meticulous attention to detail.
