You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
You're a forward thinker who sees potential where others don't. You'll have the chance to shape and transform urban spaces, contribute to sustainable development and create vibrant, liveable communities for future generations to enjoy.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering strategic land access and property acquisition outcomes for major infrastructure projects across NSW, this role will see you support the compulsory acquisition of land, undertake statutory land transaction processes, and provide advice to project teams and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time and in line with legislative requirements.
You will navigate complex statutory processes and build positive stakeholder relationships in a high-profile environment where balancing project delivery objectives with fair and respectful landowner outcomes is critical. You'll work closely with project teams, government agencies, landowners, legal representatives, and valuation professionals while contributing to the delivery of one of Australia's largest infrastructure programs.
About You
Your expertise in property, land acquisition, infrastructure, legal, planning or government environments will see you excel in supporting statutory land transactions, coordinating multiple land access activities,
and delivering outcomes within complex legislative and project delivery frameworks.
You're recognised as a strong relationship builder and communicator, skilled at interpreting legislation, and providing support on complex land acquisition issues.
You bring demonstrated experience in compulsory acquisition, statutory property processes or land transactions, along with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of integrity, customer focus and attention to detail.
Ideal candidates will have relevant tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline, together with experience applying legislation associated with land acquisition, road corridor management and infrastructure project delivery.
