Casual Warehouse and Fulfilment Storeperson

Tri-Aid is a growing Australian wellness brand. We design and sell a unique trigger point release device and a growing range of recovery products, direct to customers through our online store and through stockists across Australia and overseas. We're a small, hands-on team and this role is central to getting orders out the door quickly and accurately.

The role

n

You'll own our warehouse and fulfilment operations for around 10 to 15 hours a week, spread over 3 days, e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri mornings]. Hours are steady, with some flexibility to pick up extra shifts around sales and product launches.

Your day to day:

n

- Manage Shopify order fulfilment from order receipt through to dispatch
n
- Pick, pack and process direct to customer and wholesale orders
n
- Book and print shipping labels through ShipStation and lodge with carriers
n
- Check orders for accuracy and presentation before they ship
n
- Manage returns and refunds, including receiving, inspecting and restocking returned items
n
- Receive and check inbound deliveries against purchase orders
n
- Manage stock levels, purchase orders and inventory adjustments in Shopify
n
- Run regular stock counts and flag low stock or discrepancies
n
- Keep packaging, inserts and consumables stocked and reorder when needed
n




- Liaise with our customer service team on order queries, delays and returns
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
n
- Occasional ad hoc tasks such as assembling kits and bundles, preparing wholesale shipments and helping with product launches
n

About you

n

Previous pick and pack, warehouse or retail stockroom experience is welcome but not essential. We'll train you on our systems

n

High attention to detail. Getting the right product, in the right colour, to the right person every time matters to us

n

Comfortable using a computer and picking up software quickly. Shopify or shipping platform experience is a bonus

n

Reliable, punctual and happy working independently without someone looking over your shoulder

n

Physically capable of being on your feet for a shift and lifting cartons up to 21 kg

n

Positive communicator who is comfortable working with a small team

n

Must have the right to work in Australia
