Due to the continued growth of our client's Corporate Transactions and Advice team, they are looking for a mid to senior level lawyer to join their Sydney office.

Position Description

n

This is a exciting and newly created opportunity for a driven and talentedlawyer who wants to be part of an excellent team within a market-leading practice. You'll work closely with a wide range of clients from the property, infrastructure, agricultural and financial services sectors.

n





You will work on a diverse range of matters, including issues involving mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and regulatory advice (including FIRB).

Requirements

n

You will be a lawyer with 3 to 7 years' PAE.

n

In addition, you will have:

n

n
- An ability to take ownership of a matter, whilst also working in a team environment.
n
- Interest in working on complex and challenging matters.
n
