As CFO Advisory Services Manager, you will help lead a team delivering budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You will manage and mentor team members and act as a trusted advisor directly to business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of clients
- Support clients with financial software integration, implementation and change management
- Manage cash flow forecasting and minimise financial risk
- Improve client business processes and internal controls
- Provide advisory services directly to business owners, CEOs and boards
- Review and mentor team members within the CFO Advisory Services team
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Solid public practice background with exposure to management accounting and advisory work
- Confident communicator who can translate financial detail into practical advice for business owners
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members
- Genuine interest in advisory work beyond compliance
- Comfortable helping clients improve internal processes and controls, not just reporting on numbers
