Alder Group is seeking an IT Tech Support qualified to provide frontline IT support across our offices and project sites in Queensland. You’ll deploy devices, support Microsoft 365, and assist onsite technology while collaborating with the IT Operations Specialist to grow into broader infrastructure responsibilities.
You'll be proactive, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities, with experience in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and service desk environments.
