BlueFit is seeking a dynamic Learning & Leadership Manager to oversee design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning across our national network. This hands-on role drives the learning framework from onboarding to executive development and shapes leadership journeys, values-based practices, and succession pathways.
You'll partner with Southern Education, optimise performance and capability frameworks, analyse data to close gaps, and champion engagement, DEI, and robust culture.
