Nuix is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own and grow our Developer Experience function. You'll lead a small internal product team that builds tooling, standards, automation, and workflows for ~100 engineers to ship software.
This role defines what outstanding looks like across our developer toolchain, drives AI-enabled development lifecycle, and partners with engineering to accelerate delivery while maintaining governance. Hybrid in Sydney, three days in the office.
