Department of Education in Victoria is seeking a Communications and Engagement Specialist for a four-day week (0.8 FTE), commencing 2 November 2026 until 25 June 2027, to drive communications and engagement for Occupational Health and Safety initiatives across schools, ELV centres, and corporate offices.

The role provides expert advice to leaders, translates policy into practical guidance, and develops plans, web content, and materials to support policy adoption and organisational change.
