The Rex Hotel is part of the ALH Hotels network in Marleston, near Adelaide. We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-energy team across the pub, bistro, and gaming areas, while delivering genuine hospitality to locals and visitors alike.
You’ll support the Publican, supervise a team of hospo legends, and help ensure safe, smooth operations with a solid guest focus. RSA, RSG and RP Badge are required, and the role involves hands-on duties and lifting as part of daily tasks.
