About The Role

- Work autonomously and in a team to complete commercial/industrial tenders, up to $150 mil.
n
- Liaise with Clients, sub-contractors and architects during the tender process.
n
- Receive support from an highly experienced pre-construction team.
n
- Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.

Your Background

n

n
- Ideally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a Cost Planning or Estimating role
n
- Strong communication skills and have the ability to build relationships internally and externally with sub-contractors
n
