Together we’re building hope and possibility for all.Your opportunityWe're looking for an experienced and passionate leader to manage Djindigal Residential Rehabilitation and Aftercare Service, a specialist Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) service located near Mareeba in Far North Queensland.This is a unique prospect to lead a well-established residential rehabilitation and aftercare program that helps people experiencing substance use challenges build safer, healthier and more independent futures.As Program Manager, you'll lead a team of approximately 15 employees delivering 24/7 residential services and community-based aftercare support. You'll provide leadership and practice supervision, drive service quality and compliance, manage budgets and resources, and build strong partnerships across the health and community sectors.Working closely with local stakeholders, you'll play a key role in strengthening recovery pathways and ensuring people receive the support they need to achieve meaningful and lasting change.Set amongst an incredible natural environment surrounded by wildlife and birdlife, Djindigal offers a working environment unlike any other. subject to discussion.Your key responsibilities will be toLead and manage Djindigal Residential Rehabilitation and Aftercare Services, ensuring safe, high-quality and recovery-focused support for people experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges.Provide leadership, coaching and practice supervision to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.Oversee the delivery of a 24/7 residential rehabilitation service, ensuring positive client outcomes and high-quality care.Ensure compliance with funding requirements, quality standards, contractual obligations and reporting requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with health providers, government agencies, community organisations and other key stakeholders.Manage program budgets, resources and operational priorities to support sustainable and effective service delivery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote evidence-informed, culturally safe and recovery-oriented practice across the service.Requirements for successDemonstrated experience working within Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services, including supporting people experiencing substance use challenges.Significant experience leading and managing teams within residential, rehabilitation, health, community services or complex human services environments.Experience providing practice supervision, coaching and support to frontline employees to promote high-quality service delivery.Demonstrated experience managing service performance, compliance requirements, quality standards and funding outcomes.Experience managing budgets,
