About the role:

- Work on complex matters, such as suitability issues & complaints
- Investigate complaints about the conduct of professionals
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Identify key conduct issues, analyse & examine the evidence and draft succinct and well researched recommendations on the complaints.

The ideal candidate:

- Senior Lawyer with at least 5+ PQE and prior litigation, investigatory,



regulatory or administrative law experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to use explicit, concise language in correspondence and reports.
