Job Description

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a Senior Health Care Support Worker for the inpatient service at Marchburn Ward, East Ayrshire Community Hospital. The post is permanent with 3 x 32.16 hour shifts per week and requires flexibility to meet ward demands.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, undertake personal care and clinical tasks under a Registered Nurse, review care plans, document care delivery, and communicate effectively to ensure high-quality patient care.
