Sims Limited is seeking a hands-on Team Leader at our Brisbane recycling facility. Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, you will lead daily operations, ensure protected and productive work, and foster a positive team environment.
You will guide yard staff, coordinate tasks, operate or learn to operate mobile plant and equipment (including forklifts), and sort ferrous and non‑ferrous metals to meet quality standards while supporting customers and continuous improvement.
