Optimum Consulting is currently recruiting for a range of senior administration, business support and operations coordination roles across Brisbane. We're building a curated pool of experienced administrators to move quickly on live opportunities as they come up, some temporary, some permanent, all suited to people who've operated at a senior or leadership level within an admin or operations function. Roles currently open include a Practice Administrator, a Project Administration Manager and Temp Senior Administrators
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level administrative and business support to managers, teams or practices
- Coordinating projects, priorities and competing deadlines across multiple stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations and business communications (robust PowerPoint and Excel skills essential)
- Maintaining accurate records within reporting systems, databases or safety/compliance platforms
- Supervising or mentoring junior admin staff where the role requires it
- Building and managing relationships across internal teams, clients or external stakeholders
- Adaptability - experience covering competing or evolving priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in a senior administration, business support, practice management or project coordination role
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Operational experience, you understand how a business runs
- Comfortable working across reporting systems, databases or compliance/safety platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuinely high standard for accuracy
- The flexibility to consider both temporary and permanent opportunities
