Beacon Lighting is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Prospect store in NSW. This full time role partners with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You'll inspire your team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure store goals are met, while supporting training and development through the Bright Start induction program and ongoing product previews. The position includes every second weekend off.
