Remuneration: Dependent on Qualification

- Occupational Therapist Level 1 - $1,522.06 - $1,778.52 per week
- Occupational Therapist Level 2 - $1,896.10 - $2,171.40 per week

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Joining the Liverpool Occupational Therapy Department offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care within a busy tertiary acute hospital, while working collaboratively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.

- Deliver evidence-based, innovative and practical occupational therapy solutions to support patients throughout their hospital journey and achieve their individual goals.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams, building strong communication and relationships to support positive health outcomes.
- Use your excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage your workload and provide timely, up-to-date information to stakeholders within and external to the hospital.
- Develop your clinical knowledge and skills through diverse learning opportunities, continuous improvement and support from experienced clinical experts within the department.

Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated clinical experience in providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention in an acute clinical caseloads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
