Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Balga.

You'll lead a team, supporting customers across a range of ages, abilities and support needs . With a strong focus on active support , you'll guide your team to help customers be involved in everyday life, build independence and achieve their goals.

About you

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader with:

- Proven experience leading, managing and developing a team .
- Experience in the disability sector , ideally Supported Accommodation.
- A robust understanding of active support and person-centred practice .




- The ability to lead a team supporting customers across different ages, abilities and support needs .
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine commitment to helping customers build choice, independence and participation .
