THE IMPACT YOU WILL DRIVE AT THE SACEBOARD

As the Cloud Engineer, you willsupport the administration, maintenance and continuous improvementof the SACE Board's cloud and infrastructure services. You willhelp deliver reliable,secureand efficient ICT servicesthrough technical support, system administration,incidentresolutionand the implementation of cloud-basedsolutions.

Working collaboratively with ICTcolleagues, service providers and business stakeholders, you willsupport Microsoft Azure, Microsoft365and coreinfrastructure systems. You will also contribute to projects andinitiatives that improve service delivery and business outcomesacross theorganisation.

This roleprovidesanopportunity to apply and further develop your cloud andinfrastructureexpertisewhile contributing to the secureand effective operation of technology services that support theSACE Board.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- Demonstratedknowledge of and experience with cloud platforms, with afocus on Microsoft Azuretechnologies.
- Experienceadministering and supporting Azure hosting infrastructure,identity services, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory,WindowsServerand core infrastructure servicessuch as DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledgeof andexperience with Microsoft365 services, including Microsoft Teams, TeamsRooms,OneDriveand endpointmanagement.
- Knowledge ofserver, virtualinfrastructureand storagetechnologies.
- Experiencesupporting on-premises Microsoft technologies, includingActive Directory and WindowsServer.
- Experiencecontributing to cloud systemdesign,installationand deploymentactivities.
- Demonstratedability to investigate and resolve incidents and servicerequests, support recovery activities during systemoutages, and escalate complex issueswhenrequired.
- Ability tocontribute to operational processes,



procedures andcontinuous improvement initiatives that support secureandreliable ICT services.
- Strongcommunication,collaborationand stakeholderengagement skills, with a customer-focused approach toservice delivery.
- Demonstratedability to work independently and as part of a team, managepriorities,meetdeadlinesandmaintaina highdegree of accuracy.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

- Someout-of-hourswork mayberequired.
- Appointmentis subject to a satisfactory Working with Children Checkobtained through the Department of Human Services andrenewed before expiryin accordancewithapplicablerequirements.
- The role isgoverned by the SACE Board of South Australia Act1983.

REMUNERATION

ASO5:$92,122 -$102,456.

This is a 3-year term role with thepossibility of extension.
