Job Description

Spirit of Tasmania IV in Devonport seeks a Senior Customer Service Officer to lead Customer Service Officers and support the Terminal Services Supervisor. You will deliver face-to-face service, manage digital check-ins and freight operations, and ensure protected, on-time sailings in all weather conditions.

The role covers Front Counter Services, Check-In and Freight Operations with a 42 hours per fortnight roster on a 3-week cycle, including mornings, afternoons, and alternate weekends.
