RT Health is seeking a proactive Member Retention Consultant to be the first point of contact for members in the Parramatta contact centre. You will promote RT Health products, assist members seeking to cancel to retain their membership, and work to win back lapsed members while handling price, product or claim concerns within policy guidelines.
This full time, permanent position offers hybrid working with hours 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding
