Bar 83 at Sydney Tower, part of Trippas White Group, is seeking dedicated casual kitchen hands to join the back of house team. You will support the kitchen brigade with basic food preparation and help maintain HACCP-compliant cleanliness in a quick-paced restaurant, bars and events setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen, experience with dishwashers, and a solid focus on hygiene, grooming, and explicit communication. Versatile weekdays and weekends are required.
