Moritz is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join our co-counsel network for disputes in Australia. You will lead case strategy, pleadings, evidence, and procedural steps for clients ranging from startups to midsize and enterprise companies.
In an independent contractor capacity, you will advise on litigation risk, draft and negotiate letters and settlements, and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings where licensed.
