Merse Wellness Spa is coming to Coomera — and we're hiring now!

As we prepare to open our brand-new Merse Wellness Spa in Coomera, we're looking for passionate Massage Therapists to join our founding wellness team.

n

This is a contractor opportunity offering flexibility across various days and hours, with the opportunity to earn $60-$110 per hour depending on the massage service. You'll also have the opportunity to use our premium facilities for your own clients and complementary services, such as Reiki, where appropriate.

Our services include traditional saunas, cold plunges, hot spas, contrast therapy, compression therapy, massage and more — helping our clients improve recovery and wellbeing, increase mental clarity or simply enjoy some much-needed 'me time'.

The Role

n

Our Massage Therapists are a vital part of the Merse wellness team.

n

We're looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated therapists who genuinely care about their clients,



work well within a team and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience.

n

You'll work within a beautiful, premium massage setting with the opportunity to build a regular client base, while also educating clients on the broader range of wellness and recovery services available at Merse.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide professional massage treatments tailored to each client's wellness and recovery needs
n
- Listen to clients and provide a personalised, high-quality treatment experience
n
- Build strong client relationships, encourage rebooking and develop a regular client base
n
- Maintain clean,



beautifully presented treatment rooms and prepare them for each client
n
- Maintain professional dress and presentation standards
n
- Follow direction, prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
n
- Work collaboratively with the broader Merse team
n
- Perform other related duties as required
n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

n
- Certified Massage Therapist and/or Remedial Massage qualification highly desirable
n
- Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathise and build rapport
n
- Ability or willingness to build networks, referrals and a regular client base
n
- Confidence with rebooking and maintaining ongoing client relationships
n
- Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling and Pregnancy Massage training highly regarded
n
- Experience with the Zenoti booking system is a bonus
n
- Reliable, proactive, adaptable and well-presented
n
- A genuine team player who is passionate about health, wellness and recovery
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

Availability

n

Merse Wellness Spa operates Monday-Friday 5:30am-9:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm.

n

We're looking for contractors with flexibility across our operating hours, with availability for at least one late night and one weekend day highly valued.
