Followmont Transport is looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Brisbane Operations team.

This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, fleet movements and resources to ensure freight is delivered safely, efficiently and on time. Working closely with drivers and operational teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining service standards, managing daily schedules and supporting the ongoing success of our network.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing daily driver and fleet allocations
- Monitoring freight movements and service performance
- Coordinating route planning and operational schedules
- Investigating and resolving operational issues
- Maintaining compliance with transport regulations and company policies
- Producing operational reports and tracking key performance metrics
- Building strong relationships with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service outcomes

What You'll Need

- Previous experience in Fleet Control, Transport Operations or Dispatch
- Strong understanding of transport and logistics operations
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills




- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Ability to work in a fast paced operational workplace
- Knowledge of fatigue management and transport compliance requirements
- Dangerous Goods knowledge highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
