Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to join their close knit team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
- Manage project administration, contracts, procurement and project documentation.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
- Site based role with full project team support
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality.
- Support project delivery and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive management team.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial building projects.
- Experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
- Main contractor experience preferred, however consultancy or subcontractor backgrounds will also be considered.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Contract administration and/or site-based experience highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- Genuine interest in developing your career within the commercial construction industry.
