Private Wealth brings together specialist teams across NAB Private Wealth, JBWere and nabtrade , combining expertise in banking, investments and advice. We work closely with clients to deliver holistic solutions across banking, lending, wealth and investment — supporting their needs as they grow and evolve over time.

Our teams are united by integrity, expertise and a passion for building trusted, long‑term client relationships. By working collaboratively across NAB, we deliver seamless advice and solutions that help clients achieve their financial ambitions.

What you’ll do in Private Wealth

Throughout the graduate program, you’ll gain exposure to both banking and investment services and work with a range of specialists. You’ll have opportunities to:

- Support product control, accounting and financial analysis activities
- Assist with Funds Transfer Pricing processes
- Support the preparation of key reporting packs and group financial results
- Perform liquidity and interest rate modelling
- Undertake portfolio and investment analysis
- Work with Private Bankers to deliver tailored banking solutions for high‑net‑worth clients




- Develop solid customer relationship and communication skills
- Assist in preparing lending proposals for high‑net‑worth individuals
- Support teams providing strategic advice across investments, portfolio management, cash‑flow planning, superannuation and retirement planning
- Contribute to transactional support and portfolio management services
- Collaborate with teams across NAB to meet complex client needs
- Build your understanding of banking, wealth and investment products
- Participate in strategic projects that support business growth and performance

Locations

Graduate roles in Private Wealth are primarily based in Melbourne and Sydney.

Program Start Date

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must:

- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
