What you’ll be doing

You’ll have the prospect to work closely with clients in their homes and community settings, helping them achieve greater mobility, independence and quality of life.

- Pain management & strength training
- Individual assessments and rehabilitation plans
- Working collaboratively with families, carers and other healthcare professionals




- Managing your own caseload with genuine autonomy

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Community, mobile or aged care experience — highly regarded
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check / WWCC, or willingness to obtain
