Webdrill is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our WA-based team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will own end-to-end recruitment, pre-employment checks, contracts and onboarding paperwork for a busy, high-volume drilling operation.
You will ensure inductions, training, records management, analytics, and compliance with statutory rules, while building solid relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
