Noẽma, the latest concept from The Lucas Collective, is opening in Melbourne's CBD in November 2026. We are seeking an experienced Head Host to join our opening team, delivering outstanding service and guiding guests from arrival to departure in a premium dining setting.
The ideal candidate will have Head Host experience in a premium venue, be proficient with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable or similar, and communicate with immaculate presentation.
