Youthworks is seeking a Fundraising Manager to join our Donor & Community Relations team. The role develops and drives direct marketing and digital campaigns, and manages regular giving and Gifts in Wills programs to support Youthworks’ mission.

You will lead multi-channel fundraising initiatives, optimise donor journeys, report on performance, and contribute to future strategies, while mentoring staff and collaborating with churches, schools and families in our ministry.
