Best of all, this role offers Monday to Friday hours — no weekend work.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Branch Manager,



you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch by:

- Supporting the Branch Manager to lead, coach and develop a high‐performing team
n
- Driving a customer‐first culture and ensuring consistently exceptional service
n
- Building strong relationships with trade, contractor and commercial customers
n
- Supporting branch sales growth, profitability and key performance outcomes
n
- Overseeing daily branch operations, including inventory, compliance, safety and presentation
n
- Leading by example on the counter, in the warehouse and with customers
n
- Stepping up to manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence
