Role: Educator – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education

Centre: Goodstart Capalaba – Almara St

Employment Type: Full Time – 38 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

- Help provide the best start to a child’s life
- Develop and implement high‑quality learning programmes for children
- Ensure a safe,



inclusive and nurturing workplace for all children
- Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance teaching practices
- Support staff and children with scholarships and development opportunities (up to $3,000 available for eligible educators studying Cert III)
